The standardization and serialization of symmetrical rail anchor is also very important for the design and construction and production of coal mines or other mines. The laying of narrow gauge fork in coal mine is convenient and fast, and the manufacturing and acceptance standards are strict. Its rail type, gauge and switching Angle are serialized, which is suitable for the changeable use of China's coal industry.

rail anchor: An important part of the fixed frog, located on both sides of the fixed frog. It is an important equipment to control the running direction of the wheel, prevent the wheel from hitting or climbing on the frog core rail in the harmful space of the frog, and ensure the driving safety. In a movable track frog, the guardrail is usually set only at the side strand to prevent lateral wear of the core rail.

Fault and solution

1. Understand the rail anchor fault

Usually, you can first understand the fault situation from the on-duty personnel, and then make a preliminary judgment for operating tests.

2. Register the rail anchor stop device

3. Determine whether the switch is indoors or outdoors.

(1) If it is a single-acting switch, the console ammeter indicates that the power supply of the action switch has been sent to the switch during operation. If the switch operation cannot go to the specified place at this time, it is an outdoor fault. When operating the switch, if the ammeter of the console does not indicate, first go to the outdoor switchboard in the mechanical room to measure whether the switch has voltage. If there is voltage, it indicates that the power supply for the operation switch has been sent out, and it is an outdoor fault.

(2) If it is a double-acting switch, the console ammeter does not move during operation, indicating that the power of the switch has been sent to the switch, and the fault is an outdoor fault after the switch.

(3) If the switch can be operated in a fixed and reverse position, there is no indication. Change the 250-volt gear with a multimeter and measure whether there is an AC voltage of about 110 volts between the X1 (or X2) and X3 of the switchboard. If there is voltage, it is not the indoor cause, it may be an outdoor fault, otherwise it is an indoor fault.
